Less and less people can rely on a paycheck or a pension, for this reason loans were born up to 30,000 euros without payroll.
Everyone can have them, it is enough that they have a guarantor to lean on. If the loan is granted, the entire amount is paid into the Loan current account and the payment reimbursed by monthly installments decided at the time the contract is signed. Loan meets the needs of those who have a precarious job because today unfortunately it has become the norm with the work and economic crisis underway for many years.
How much does a loan cost?
The monthly installments including interest are charged to the current account every 27 of the month by installments. The first installment includes the monthly fee and the amount of 14.62 euros for the stamp duty required for loans up to 18 months. In addition there is to pay the substitute tax , which amounts to 0, 25% of the loan. The first installment also includes the pre-amortization interest , calculated from the date of disbursement to the previous date of the start of the recovery plan.
The requirements for obtaining a loan without a pay slip
The requirements for obtaining a loan without a pay slip are not many, anyone can have it as long as it has a guarantor. You must be in possession of a Loan current account and evaluate the convenience of the financing by making a quote. The quote will be based on the requested capital and other parameters, but it is immediately possible to do the accounts and settle for when the monthly installments will be returned.
To obtain the loan, of course, guarantees are required, also needs a guarantor like all the other credit institutions that provide loans without payroll or demonstrable income. The need to have a guarantor allows to protect itself in the event of non-payment of installments, without taking legal action against an insolvent customer who may not have any asset on which to repay. The documents to be presented for obtaining the loan are the same as those required for loans with proof of income, namely: a valid identity document, a document attesting to having a Loan current account and the data of the guarantor.
Interest rates and Special Cash
The loan without payroll ranges from a minimum of 1,500 to a maximum of 30,000 euros with a contract varying from 12 to 84 months, ie 7 years. Cash payment times are 10 working days. All information, investigation and commission costs for obtaining a loan of up to € 30,000 are free, but there are TAN and APR interest rates that vary according to the amount requested. The TAN is the expected interest rate which is applied as a percentage of 10.95% for loans up to 10,000 euros and drops to 9.95% for loans from 10,000 to 30,000 euros.
The interest rate of the APR is 11.65% for loans up to 10,000 euros and 9.95% for loans from 10,000 to 30,000 euros. As for loans with pay slips, even in this case it is possible to insure up to 2% of the capital for a duration of up to 60 months and 3.65% of the capital for a contract from 60 to 84 months.
Each type of loan can be obtained online by filling out a form on the internet and printing the documents of the case at home. In this case the documents to be attached are a valid identity document, the tax code, the residence permit for foreigners and the income documentation of the person who will act as guarantor. At any time the debt can be closed by paying the remaining amount of the loaned capital; in this case there will be a compensation of 1% if at the end of the contract there is more than one year and 0.5% if at the end of the contract there is less than a year. If the amount paid corresponds to the entire residual capital or is less than 10,000 euros, the compensation must not be paid, in the same way if the residual payment of the sum takes place six months before the expiry of the contract.
Making the necessary calculations, supposing to ask for a loan of 5,000 euros the total to pay will be of 6,231 euros, paying 129,11 monthly for 48 months. Asking for more money will also increase expenses; for example, with 15,000 and 72 monthly installments of 296 euros, around 1,400 euros will be spent on interest, stamp duty and depreciation.
The loan without a postal current account can be obtained as long as you have a pay card or have a current account in other credit institutions.
